LOESWARDROBE does NOT offer refunds except in cases where the received order differs completely from what was expected or if there is damage upon arrival. In such instances, the item can be returned, and you will receive a full refund. Please ensure that you return the item within 5 days and ALWAYS contact me first!
However, you CAN exchange it for another item or receive a gift card if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
LOESWARDROBE cannot be held responsible for choosing the wrong size, style, or color. (I put a lot of effort into measuring all items!) Reasons such as "it's not my style" or "it doesn't suit me" are not within my responsibility.
When you make a purchase, please ensure that you have checked your size, color, etc. If you have any doubts about anything, refrain from purchasing! Feel free to contact me via email if you have any questions or uncertainties! I'm more than happy to assist!

I do not operate like large companies where you can order items to simply check the size or color and then return them. This practice is not SUSTAINABLE at all and is more complicated than you might think.
I understand that buying clothing can be challenging, so I am here to address all your questions and doubts to the best of my ability. However, if you're not 100% sure, please refrain from purchasing online and instead, visit my physical atelier to try it on!
