SHIPPING
We typically ship your order within 2 to 5 business days. Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your designated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us via email.
Deliveries are made during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 2 to 5 days thereafter. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email. Please note that during busy periods, there may be delays in order processing and dispatch. It's important to keep in mind that our business is operated by only one woman.
Within Europe, we utilize PostNL for shipping, and for worldwide shipping, we use PostNL International.
Please be aware that shipping times within Europe range from 1 to 3 weeks, while outside the EU, it can take 1 to 5 weeks.
LOESWARDROBE is not liable for lost packages. However, if you have opted for shipping with insurance, you may be eligible to receive a refund of your purchase amount.

CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES:
All taxes are included when making purchases within the European Union. However, shipping outside the European Union may subject you to customs and import taxes. International customers are responsible for paying any customs rates applicable in their own country. Vintage Vibes is obligated by law to declare the full Euro value paid on international shipments and must provide an invoice for customs if requested.
